Más cuando de un negocio se trata.&nbsp;En este caso, Miguel Navarro decidió aventurarse en esta aventura junto a otra persona que se encargase más de la operativa de los cursos, para tener alguien con quien repartirse algunas tareas, y que entre ambos pudiesen tirar adelante. Fue ahí cuando se convirtió en el popular Hombre Multi-tasking en cuanto a tareas de marketing. “Fundó la empresa, la gestionaba, cobraba el dinero, hacía marketing, ventas… Lo terminó haciendo casi todo él”. El punto de inflexión llegó al poco tiempo, y con ello una conclusión obvia: Si Miguel no delegaba, la empresa no iba a poder crecer.&nbsp;El factor diferencial de sus programas sin duda estaba en el acompañamiento que él podía brindar. La experiencia y los conocimientos de Miguel terminaba siendo un factor de peso a la hora de captar, convertir y retener nuevos usuarios.&nbsp;Delegar era obligatorio.&nbsp;Para ello, comenzó a estudiar la posibilidad de contratar herramientas que pudiesen facilitar la gestión de algunas tareas (marketing, ventas, facturación). Luego, habría que reclutar personas que manejasen las herramientas. Así se aseguraba de tener todo ordenado y funcionando.&nbsp;Las dos funciones prioritarias en ese momento fueron:&nbsp;<ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>Email Marketing (para mantener comunicaciones activas y agilizar la conversión)</li><li>CRM (para ordenar el proceso de ventas)</li></ol>&nbsp;Entre todas las herramientas posibles, ActiveCampaign cumplía a la perfección con ambas.&nbsp;<h1>La solución</h1>Dejándose asesorar por algunas agencias, al principio, Productividad Feroz comenzó a implementar automatizaciones en ActiveCampaign para ahorrarse tiempo y maximizar sus resultados. &nbsp;&nbsp;Al haber vivido una etapa de “ejecución manual”, poder automatizar cobraba más importancia que nunca. Además, escoger una herramienta que soportará el crecimiento de la empresa, era fundamental.&nbsp;“Si vas cogiendo distintas herramientas, entre todas, hacen su función; pero una vez esto crece y si tienes unos objetivos bastante ambiciosos, necesitas una herramienta que te aglutine todo esto y te permita crecer. Por eso decidimos empezar a trabajar con ActiveCampaign”. &nbsp;<h2>Automatizando el Email Marketing con ActiveCampaign&nbsp;</h2>Lo primero en caer fue el email marketing. Productividad Feroz siempre se ha caracterizado por hacer un muy buen marketing, y sobre todo, por experimentar bastante. Automatizar los correos a enviar era una de las tareas fundamentales.&nbsp;En su caso, no fue una tarea complicada. Trabajando con distintas agencias pudieron aprovechar ActiveCampaign hasta alcanzar un punto interesante…&nbsp;Cada vez que un usuario dejaba sus datos, recibía alguna secuencia que le permita conocer más acerca de la empresa y los servicios que ofrecería. Cada una de esas etapas dependen del modelo de negocio.&nbsp;Quizás antes de comprar un par de zapatos, un usuario primero busca algunos modelos por internet. Esa es la fase de investigación. Luego, intenta compararlo con modelos de la competencia. Mantener al departamento de ventas y marketing al tanto de la situación comercial de cada usuario.&nbsp;El equipo de marketing se concentra en que los usuarios lleguen a las fases iniciales (descubrimiento, consideración) y el equipo de ventas se centra en capitalizar esos usuarios en ventas (cerrar la compra del programa adecuado).&nbsp;Como la información está al alcance de cualquier miembro del equipo, ambos departamentos se pueden beneficiar de la información e historial del contacto para hacer un mejor trabajo.&nbsp;“Gracias a ello, la edición que tenemos ahora mismo, con más de 600 alumnos, está funcionando genial. Todo el equipo está superbién comunicado, todos conocen a las personas y clientes a quienes nos dirigimos. Nos da una información brutal de lo que está sucediendo”. &nbsp;<h2>Automatizando el CRM con la ayuda de Wild Mail</h2>Tener un mapa de los pasos que realiza un usuario antes de comprar, marca un antes y un después en la forma de vender y hacer seguimiento; pero ese solo es el primer paso.&nbsp;Tener la estructura donde volcar los datos está bien, pero si esas estructuras no se alimentan con la información adecuada, tienes un mapa sin información.&nbsp;En este caso, las automatizaciones de trato y de CRM permiten rellenar la información de los usuarios de forma automática, y más importante aún, se pueden desencadenar acciones posteriores (para no hacerlo de forma manual)&nbsp;Natalia sabia que el CRM tenía que estar automatizado, ya que Miguel había tenido problemas en el pasado con tareas manuales. El desafío era cómo hacerlo posible.&nbsp;En este caso, el programa de Success de <a href="https://www.wildmail.io/es">Wild Mail</a> vino como anillo al dedo para resolverlo&nbsp;“Usábamos ActiveCampaign al principio, pero luego conocimos a Benji y a Wild Mail, y valoramos hacer la migración. La posibilidad de tener un mejor soporte, alguien que hablará en español y nos ayudará con estos retos, era atractivo”.&nbsp;“Tener todo tan mapeado y automatizado en parte se debe a todas las explicaciones que nos habéis ido dando, esas formaciones con toda la paciencia del mundo… Habéis hecho mucho más fácil el aprendizaje de la herramienta para automatizar”.&nbsp;En diferentes ocasiones nos sentamos con Natalia y el equipo de Productividad Feroz para explicar como esto puede hacerse posible. A eso se dedicaban Jose Maria y Miguel Angel antes de darle vida a Escuela de la Memoria.&nbsp;Cerca de 2014 se dieron cuenta de que lo que hacían podía impactar y cambiar la vida de otros. Sus ganas de compartir y enseñar todo lo que habían aprendido a lo largo de los años los motivo a emprender… Y fue así como nació la idea de un negocio de formación y educación, llamado, <a href="https://escueladelamemoria.com/">Escuela de la Memoria.</a>&nbsp;<h1>El desafío</h1>Como todo negocio a sus inicios, escalar las ventas era de los retos principales. Si quieres escalar, no lo puedes hacer todo manualmente”&nbsp;Partiendo de la tarea que más tiempo les demandaba, responder correos y comunicarse con sus clientes potenciales, decidieron crear el primer sistema alrededor de ella.&nbsp;El objetivo: automatizar las tareas repetitivas para seguir enfocados en el crecimiento futuro de la empresa &nbsp;<h1>La solución</h1>José Maria comentó en diferentes oportunidades todas las ventajas de vivir en un mundo tan digitalizado como el actual, y sobre todo, tener unos mínimos conocimientos para aprovecharse de ello.&nbsp;“Tenemos la ventaja de que estamos en un mundo tecnológico, y en nuestro caso, somos online 100%.
